Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Zengeen LLC for your training and student support services. 

 


By purchasing any service through www.zengeen.com, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.


1. No refunds on services


All services provided by Zengeen LLC are non‑refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:


- Zengeen Training services (also referred to as Zengeen coaching sessions or training sessions).

- ASAS Academy services for guiding and supporting international students who wish to study at American universities.


Once a service is purchased and your booking or onboarding is confirmed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or credits, regardless of usage, scheduling, or outcome, except as required by applicable law.


2. Nature of our services


Our services are personalized, time‑based digital services that rely on your participation and cooperation.


Because time slots and resources are reserved specifically for you, all sales are final.


We do not guarantee specific results such as admission to a particular university, visa approvals, or specific financial outcomes.


Where we agree to let you pay for a service in multiple parts, each payment is treated as a non‑refundable installment toward the same service package, not as a separate transaction eligible for refund.


3. Rescheduling of sessions


We understand that plans can change, so we allow limited rescheduling under the following conditions:


- You may reschedule a Zengeen Training / coaching session one time at no additional cost if you contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time.  

- For ASAS Academy services, meetings and calls may be rescheduled, subject to our availability, if you contact us at least 24 hours in advance.  

- If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice (no‑show), the session will be treated as used and no refund or credit will be provided.

- If, for any reason, our consultant does not attend a scheduled session, you will be offered a new session time at no additional cost.


Rescheduling requests can be made via email, WhatsApp, or our website chat window (see “How to contact us” below).


4. Exceptions


We do not provide refunds for Zengeen Training or ASAS Academy services, including when you choose to pay in multiple installments or separate transactions.


If there is a clear technical billing error where we have actually received more funds than the agreed total price for a single service, we may review the case internally and correct the error, at our sole discretion and always in accordance with applicable law.


Multiple payments made toward an agreed coaching or support package (for example, paying in parts until you reach the total price) are not considered “duplicate” or “accidental” payments and are not eligible for refunds.


5. Legal rights


Zengeen LLC will comply with all applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence and cannot be waived by contract.


Where local laws provide a mandatory “cooling‑off” period or special protections for online services, we will comply with those laws where they apply.
