Cancellation policy

We understand that plans can change, and we try to be flexible while respecting our team’s time.

Customers may request to reschedule a Zengeen Training / coaching session or ASAS Academy meeting one time at no additional cost if they contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session or do not attend (no‑show), the session will be treated as used and no refund or credit will be provided.

For services where we agree that you can pay in multiple installments (for example, several payments toward a coaching or student‑support package), each payment is a non‑refundable installment toward the same service package and is not a separate transaction eligible for refund. If you choose to stop the service before the package is completed, any installments already paid remain non‑refundable.

All services and products provided by Zengeen GroupLLC, including but not limited to Zengeen Training / coaching sessions, ASAS Academy services, and any future programs we may offer, are non‑refundable and all sales are final. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
