• Discussion of Your Personal Story
• Help students reflect on their unique journey — this will form the basis of a strong personal statement later in the process

Step 3: Application Preparation

• Application checklist (all documents and steps)
• Applying for universities (include hands-on application support or document submission)
• Microsoft Teams support group (6-month access)
• University research report

Step 4: Progress Review

• Follow-up call after 3 months (30 minutes)
• Check English improvement
• Review bank progress
• Adjust university plan if needed
• Ensure student is still on track
